Pre-Qualification Specialist (San Diego, CA) #306

This position is responsible for processing and organizing new account submissions from new applicants from all sales channels.  This role requires group coordination with both the Operations and Business Development departments assuring a seamless submission process.  Once underwriting terms are generated the Pre-Qual specialists’ role will entail collecting and processing final pre-funding documents and executing final validations ensuring the quality and integrity of the applicants file.

  • 2+ years in loan or financial processing required
  • Proficient using CRM managements systems, Data collection portals, and MS Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Full time position M-F 8hrs/day

Funding Advisor (San Diego, CA) #201

As a Funding Advisor SERVICE is your prime directive.  This position requires direct communication with new applicants from a wide variety of marketing channels.  Funding Advisors will walk new prospects through the small business loan process from begin to end providing a single source contact approach through the sales cycle.   Excellent communication and customer service skills are expected.  Funding Advisors work in teams of five within the Business Development team and will coordinate their efforts with both the Operations and Marketing departments.

  • 3+ years in business development, financial sales, or mortgage based sales required
  • Bachelors BA/BS degree required
  • Proficient using CRM managements systems, Data collection portals, and MS Word/Excel/Outlook
